STUDIO POLICY

Please take the time to carefully read through our policies to ensure a clear understanding of our guidelines and expectations.

  • Our Classes Runs on a Semester (tuition) Basis.

    All Classes should be used within the Semester

  • Refund is not available once your payment proceeds

  • Payment Option:

    • Full Payment

    • Split Payment

    Once you proceed with your payment, we understand that you agreed to participate all of our listed classes.

    Reschedule will be available, but proration will not be available.

    Split Payment:

    A $25 late fee applies if payment is not made on time before the 7th. A $50 late fee applies if payment is not made after the 15th.

    Reschedule

    Is available with 6 hours' notice. Rescheduling will not be available right before the class begins and will be considered a missed class.

    *Reschedule class can not transfer to the next month’s class.

    Missed Class

    Missed classes will neither be rescheduled nor carried over to the following month.

  • (First come first serve)

    Available to schools with at least three students attending the studio.

    Each pickup will cost $5 in cash, with prior notice required, and payments should be made monthly as a whole, prior to the class.
